Shipping Information

Wicked Awesome Brownies are baked and packaged with love.

We do our best to ship your order within two business days of the time it is placed.

Shipping Method:

We ship USPS Priority Mail. Your Wicked Awesome Brownies will arrive in 1-4 days depending on your zone from our location in Marblehead, MA.

Arrival Date:

Because we ship USPS Priority Mail we are not able to guarantee arrival dates and times. If you’re planning for special occasions, let us know in the notes section on the order page. We recommend giving yourself an extra couple of days with an arrival date of 1-2 days early (so for weekend events, we recommend arrival on Thursday) Your brownies will stay fresh in-transit for up to 6 days, in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks and freezer for 2 months. Any questions/concerns? Feel free to contact us.

Order Tracking:

We'll send you an email that includes the order's tracking number once your order has been processed. You will receive confirmation when it is delivered. Please allow up to 12 hours after placing your order to see tracking information! For further updates, enter your tracking number here usps.com.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

A separate order must be placed for each shipping address. We can help if you are sending corporate gifts and provide you with a spread sheet to enter your addresses in. Contact us.

Incorrect Address Policy:

We're sorry, but as a small company, Wicked Awesome Brownie cannot be held responsible for customer errors in providing shipping information.

Storing Perishable Goods:

Once your shipping order arrives... open it! If you can somehow prevent yourself from immediately eating the contents of your box and want to serve your treats later, just take out the individually wrapped Wicked Awesome Brownies and stick em’ in the refrigerator or freezer.
